Provides assistance for the replacement of deteriorating roofs on qualifying owner-occupied, single-family homes within the City of Cumberland.

AGE IN PLACE ACCESSIBILITY GRANT

Designed to help qualifying residents remain safely and comfortably in their homes by making accessibility improvements. Eligible improvements may include ramps, stairlifts, handrails, non-slip flooring, comfort-height toilets, and replacing tubs with walk-in showers.

HOME REHABILITATION GRANT

Provides matching assistance for the rehabilitation of qualifying properties within the City of Cumberland that are vacant and currently uninhabitable. The program is intended to help return properties to usable condition while supporting neighborhood revitalization.
